Watch this exchange between Congressman Barney Frank and Fox News host Bill O’Reilly and you will understand why the approval rating for Congress has reached single digits, nine (9) percent. Ironically 90 percent of the House of Representatives are reelected every two years.

I am not sure this make Frank look foolish. I in fact thing it makes Bill look foolish. I love Bill however this tape make him look dumb.
